CANCELATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing on the company letter head addressed to the Room reservations or from the company email and received by the hotel at least 48 hours prior to the guest arrived.
  • Madelise Hotel & Apartment will charge one-night accommodation changes to the company should the cancellation notification received late than the cut-off period stipulated above.
  • All individual bookings shall only be confirmed on receiving one-night deposit by credit card or letter of one-night payment guarantee from company. Should there be a “no show”, one night will be charged. All non-guaranteed rooms will be released by 6:00 PM on arrival day.
